No, I'll tell you though- I just got done watching American Beauty with the misses- first time in six years?
It's amazing how a movie about narcissistic, greedy, creepy, insane, depraved, out-of-touch, selfish people can still remind you of your personal capacity to change your life for the better. No matter how dull and lifeless things get, it's always within your power to halt the flow and begin to change the course of your river, even if it's been set for so long.
The power of human will and spirit is incredible.
